Refund policy

 

Return Policy – International Orders (Worldwide)

This Return Policy applies to all countries worldwide, except the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.


1. Applicability

This Return Policy applies to all purchase agreements concluded between VegaMelts and customers worldwide, excluding customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to this Return Policy. Any conflicting or deviating conditions are not accepted unless expressly agreed upon in writing by VegaMelts.


2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. The withdrawal period starts on the day after the product has been delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify VegaMelts within the 14-day period by email at info@vegamelts.com, clearly stating the intention to return the order.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened, unused, and fully sealed
• The original packaging is undamaged and in resalable condition
• The return is initiated within the withdrawal period

Products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return and will be refused.


4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Products that deteriorate or have a limited shelf life
• Business-to-business (B2B) purchases


5. Return Procedure

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay to the return address provided by VegaMelts.

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and safe return shipment.


6. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the country and location of the customer. VegaMelts does not reimburse return shipping costs.


7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected, and provided it meets the return conditions, VegaMelts will process the refund.

• Refunds are issued within 10 days after receipt of the returned package at our warehouse
• Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable


8. Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of VegaMelts until full payment has been received.


9. Warranty and Conformity

VegaMelts guarantees that products conform to the agreement and are suitable for normal use. If a product is defective or does not meet conformity requirements, customers must contact us within a reasonable time after discovery.

For business customers, the warranty period is limited to 30 days from delivery.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements and disputes arising from this Return Policy are governed by Dutch law.

For professional or business customers, disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where VegaMelts has its registered office.
